48 yrs old male presented with history of anemia & blood transfusion with history of change in stool consistency without any obvious blood in stools . Colonoscopy revealed colonic growth . Anemia ( iron deficiency anemia with or without blood in stools ) cana be a sign of hidden GI malignancy . Never Ignore anemia as need for iron capsules or requirement for Blood transfusion
