Pain in abdomen , weight loss & jaundice

42 yrs old male presented with complaints of pain in abdomen , weight loss & jaundice , On evaluation found to have Lower esophageal ulceroproliferative lesion extending into fundus with gallstones & stone in common bile duct ~ 17 mm.

His ERCP with stone clearance & stenting done & esophageal biopsy was taken ( report awaited ) . A case difficulty ERCP due to large stone & esophageal growth causing luminal narrowing . Patients jaundice has started to comme down from D2 , planned for Surgical cure vs palliative therapy if patient has got neoplasia confirmed on biopsy
