A 38 yrs female came with complaints of pain in abdomen & occasional diarrhea . On examination was found to have this skin lesion ( for which she was taking treatment from dermatologist for ~ 1 yr . She underwent colonoscopy &it was found to have ulcers in small intestine . She was started on treatement for IBD & her lesions resolved over time with treatment for IBD .
